Michelle’s personal assistant will assist clients with arranging appointments, explaining fee structures and assisting with account queries between 8am and 1pm on weekdays.

Thereafter please contact Michelle on her cell phone. Please note, the cell phone will be switched off while she is consulting. Please leave a message or send a SMS/WhatsApp message.

What to expect?

In the first consultation, Michelle will gather information to ascertain the client’s presenting concern/problem and the history thereof.

The person can then decide for themselves if they would like to continue with the process.

Charges

All comprehensive reports and lengthy forms will be charged for separately from therapy and assessments. Basic reports and feedback letters to outside practitioners will differ in price from comprehensive and/or lengthy reports.

Charges can be obtained by contacting Michelle’s personal assistant or during the contracting process. General psychology, neuropsychology and sleep disorder consultations carry different charges.

Missed appointments without 24 hour notification, will be charged.

Payment / Medical Aid details

As Michelle’s practice is contracted out of medical aid, appointments are paid for by the client at the time of the consultation. An invoice will be issued within 24 hours which the client can submit to their medical aid for refund.

By special arrangement Michelle will apply for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB). Note that there are limited conditions that can be applied for. If PMB benefits are approved, claims will be made directly to the relevant medical aid at the full approved rates. Hospital consultations are charged directly to medical aid at the full rate.
